At SIPL Automotive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
